Winter Wonderland Dreams

I open my eyes and see myself standing in a winter wonderland; an open field with glistening white snow. It seems so fragile, like one footprint could shatter the whole image. Surrounding me is a pine forest that seems to go on for miles and miles. The sky is a clear blue, not a cloud in sight, the sun shinning down on me.

I look to my right and see a wedding arch. White wicker, lacy white ribbon threading throughout it, and daisies popping out randomly. My favorite flower. I hold one and smell the intoxicating beauty.

Suddenly, I notice a pair of black suede shoes in front of me. Attached is a body clothed in a tuxedo. I look up and see him.

His shaggy boy-short black hair. His mesmerizing ocean blue eyes. His adorable grin that gives me butterflies every time I see it.

The sun shines down on him, giving him the effect of an angel. I smile back as he takes my hand in his. He leans down towards me, inching for a kiss. Just as I feel his breath on my lips, everything goes black.
